Aadh seer baray gosht ka us ke patle patle 12 parchay karain.
Pyaz ke lachay 4 baray chamchay ghee ke.
4 poothi lehsan aur usay cheel kar saaf kar lain.
4 tokray bandh gobhi ke do do inch murabba main.
Dohri mirchon ke lambay lambay 12 tukray
3 Baray chamchay soya sauce
2 baray chamchay cheeni
1 chota chamcha laal mirch
1 chota chamcha maidah
1 chota chamcha namak mila kar yakjaan kar lain.
Method:
Gosht aur pyaz ko chori daigchi main daal kar pani main dabo lain. 15 min tak pakayain. Ab pani alag kar lain. Ghee aur lehsan ko fry pan main karkarayain. Gosht daal dain. Pyaz bandh gobhi aur hari mirch chirak dain aur phir aik do min tak teez anch par pakayain. Soya sauce ke sath laal mirch bhi chirak lain. Mazeed aik do min pakayain. Maiday ki lai daal kar sub cheezain milayain, garha ho tou utaar lain aur tasty chinese gobhi gosht mazay se khayain.
