Dau Ke Liye Ingredients:
Maidah 300gram

Vanilla Sauce Ke Ajza:
Doodh 50 ml
Vanilla Custard Powder: 1 khanay ka chamcha
Anday 2 adad (zardiyabn)
Cheeni 3 khanay ke chamach
Corn Flour: 1 chaye ka chamcha
Vanilla Essence: few drops (chand qatray)
Apple Pie Banane Ka Tarika:
Dau bananay ke liye maiday main cheeni aur namak mix karain. Darmyan main garha bana kar us main anda daal dain. Makhan ko pighla kar kinaron par dalain. Phir in tamam azja ko churi ke zariye teezi se mix karain. Aur phir hathon ki madad se achi tarah goondh kar dou bana lain. Gool pairay ki shakal de kar plastic main lapaitain aur adhay ghantay ke liye fridge main rakh dain. Ab oven ko 180 degree par pre heat kar lain.
Filling ke saibon (apples) ko kheel kar un ki kashain bana lain. Ab un par cheezi, lemon juice aur dar cheeni daal kar mix karain. Dau ke 2 barabar hisay kar ke 1 hisay ko baking dish ke size se zara bailain.
