Darchini ka aik chota tokra

Choti ilaichi 5 adad
Zafran thori si (Agar zafran na ho tou farq nahin paray ga)
Method: Murg ke gosht ke munasib size ke parchay bana kar unhain chand ghantay tak kisi thandi jagah rehnay dain. Lekin agar garmiyon ka mausam ho ya aap jis mukaam par hon woh garam ho tou unhain foran paka lain. Onion (Pyaz) lachon ki shakal main kaat lain. Adrak aur lehsan, laal mirchon, safaid aur sayah zeeron, khushk dhaniye, kali mirchon aur elaichyon ko bareek pees kar un ka masala tayar kar lain. Ab ghee garam kar ke us main pyaz ke lachay laal kar ke nikal lain aur murghi ke parchay, sabat long aur darchini daal kar halki aanch par laal kar lijiye. Phir dahi daal kar bhunain. Jub gosht ghee chornay lagey tou pisa howa lehsan, namak aur pisi hoi adrak daal dain. Chand minute bhun'nay ke baad pisa howa masala bhi daal dain aur pyaz ke laal kiye howe lachay pees kar daal dain. Gosht thori dair bhun'nay ke baad pani munasib miqdaar main daal kar usay gala lijiye. Hisb-e-pasand shorba rakh lain. Choti elaichyan aur zafran pees kar dalnay ke baad nosh farmayain.
